Booking policy

Policy version 1

While this is a challenge project, every booking is a test appointment. No detailing service is being sold.

• Appointments must be booked at least 2 hours ahead and up to 30 days in advance.
• All times are Austin, Texas time.
• The price shown at booking is the price for your service. Payment is taken at the studio; nothing is charged online. Tax treatment has not yet been configured by the operator.
• You can change or cancel online until 12 hours before your appointment. After that, contact the studio.
• Standard services assume normal vehicle condition. Extreme soiling, biohazards and similar conditions need a custom quote.
• Please arrive on time and remove personal valuables before your appointment.
• We do not offer paint correction, ceramic coating, upholstery restoration or guaranteed stain removal.
